Gongylus are not agressive, as the other members of the family. They
can be kept together, cannibalism is rare, if they are about the same size.
They are even not enough agressive with their preys, and they sometimes
tend to die
of malnutrition.
The last moulting can be critical, they sometimes stay blocked in the
moulting.
For that a hot weather is needed, but I dont know exactly if they
need humid weather too.
Flies are the ideal food. Gongylus are afraid of bigger insects, and
crickets stay in the groung. These mantids wait for the preys in hte branches,
and they rarely look at the ground for crawling insects.
